Let's wait and see

Edited to add: I have been offered a full refund without needing to return the board. If this happens, I will be happy with the customer service received and I will concede this is not a scam company, therefore my review will be edited further to reflect this. This update was added 10/12/25. I was actually prepared to accept the fault was largely on my end and I just bought on a whim without reading properly. I stated as much in my original review (Left 2 stars) however since then I am reducing my rating to 1 star. Why? Because they have essentially tried to blackmail me. My pilates board was returnable within the timeframe, however, once I realised it would cost me upwards of £50 to return I decided to accept the 20% refund because I was prepared to accept it was my own fault for not reading the small print. I have now been told I will only get the 20% refund if I alter my original review. My original review was honest. So they want me to be dishonest to get some money back. It should also be noted that the App comes with limited free programmes....you have to pay for more. But here's the kicker. You get an upgrade on the app if you write positive reviews. So be aware that several of the positive reviews on here are from people probably ultimately disappointed by their purchase who are just desperately trying to claw something back. An honest company would honour the 20% refund without needing something in return. If they had done that, I probably would have updated my review to a more positive one. I will also now say that you will be utterly spammed with emails from this company encouraging you to upgrade. And also that they sent an email asking me how I was doing with my board well before I even received it, I believe this is a very clever way of getting around the returns policy....i.e, if you don't respond to say you haven't yet received it, they can use that as some kind of "evidence" if you try to contest the returns policy. Scam scam scam and I really can't believe I fell for it. People. Please. NEVER buy anything advertised on Facebook, it does not ever end well for the buyer.

First, and most importantly, your 20% partial refund has never been conditional on updating or removing your review. We only mentioned it in case you felt things had been made right and chose to update it on your own. It was never a requirement or an expectation, and we would never ask anyone to change an honest review in exchange for compensation. Regarding returns, our return policy is clearly stated in our website, and we offered partial refund to support you and without compromising the return terms agreed to at checkout. It was meant to help you keep the product you originally purchased with a purpose in mind, not to pressure you. On the app, all customers receive a library of free workouts, with optional upgrades. We sometimes share bonus content as a goodwill gesture for our community, but this is not tied to force positive product reviews. As for emails, our system sends setup guidance automatically to help new customers get started. If the timing caused confusion, especially before your board arrived, we sincerely apologise and are reviewing this to ensure better clarity.
