Hi Tania, We're really happy to hear that things have been going well with your order and that you've started exploring the app and guided workouts. That’s a great step forward and we’re cheering you on. We truly appreciate your note about the clarity of what’s included. Reformly Basic gives access to a selection of guided workouts that come free with your purchase, and you’re right that full access to all workouts and premium programs requires an upgrade to Reformly Plus. We understand how that might not have been as clear as it should be, and your suggestion will help us make that experience better for others. If you ever have any questions or need a hand with anything, just let us know. We’re always here to support you every step of the way. Warm Regards, Reformly Support Team
