Package was in transit for 2 days and…
Package was in transit for 2 days and arrived with only one ice pack which was melted and hot. Will the meds be sage to use and still work? Packaging and delivery need to be better.

I didn't even have to reorder. It came automatically.
My order was delayed 3 days and the contents was hot. It's supposed to be refrigerated. The cost doubled the second order.

Timeliness in delivery
Timeliness in delivery. Tracking information is accurate to expected arrival. Medication is well insulated and cold. Clear and concise instructions and plenty of supplies. I also don’t need a lot of guidance bc I’m a registered nurse. As a healthcare professional I trust ReflexMD and appreciate their attention to delivering a quality product.

I received my package today after UPS…
I received my package today after UPS received it on the 15th. When I opened the package, I was disappointed because all of the ice was melted and left with a bag of warm water. When I got my first order everything was good,my package arrived in 24hrs. I don't understand how the company think the package can remain cold for three days. So disappointed. Will be calling the company tomorrow.

My shipment arrived hot
My shipment arrived hot. I live in Houston -- it was around 95 degrees today, and it was not delivered until 7:15 pm. The cooling pack was hot. I am afraid to use hundreds of dollars of medication.
