I read throughout the program and did all the research And then I go to fill out the form to book one of the 30 minute consultation sessions and at this point I'm excited to get started cause I finally think I found something that sounds like it was made for me only to find out that they don't have any sessions available for the month of October and the slider in the website for future dates didn't even work. here I am ready to make a change and it was all just a big tease or like a sick joke. thanks for getting my hopes up

Darcy has created a great program. From the daily check ins to building a community that supports one another. Highly recommended getting on board if you wanna change your life for the better..

I have really needed the accountability. The program has been very helpful and the community is really great. Everybody is so supportive and cheering everybody on. The challenges Darcy puts on a really motivating and I do feel like he is available whenever you need something.

It’s been a great program the cost had me nervous but I’ve learned that’s what I needed to keep my self accountable! I was tired of living that way and I’ve seen improvements across the board and it’s constantly helping me be better for me and my family

The reason I found Dfitzacademy is because I knew I needed a change. I’m 55 and weighed about 260 lbs and I knew if I didn’t make a change I was most likely going to have a heart attack. I don’t want to go out like that. My family needs me around. I have followed the program religiously for the most part and it works. My goal at the beginning was to be under 220 lbs and Darcy said why not 200? It seemed like an almost un achievable goal at the time but here I am at 210 lbs in less than 6 months and still losing weight. My goal now is to be under 200 lbs and it will happen. It may seem like your just counting calories and for the most part you are but with Darcy’s personal encouragement, and constant contact it really helps keep you motivated so you can achieve your goals. He also has me walking ever night so it’s not just counting calories and receiving personalized support but also some good easy exercise. The program work so do you and your loved ones a favor and get on board. You will not regret it and to Darcy, thank you so much.

Excellent coaching he keeps me accountable and motivates me. It feels good to know Im on the right path to my goals and seeing and feeling results.
