This is a delivery review
This is a delivery review, the package was not cold upon arrival. I was home when FedEx dropped the package and I opened it immediately. The freezer pack was not frozen inside and the vials were room temp at best.

Waiting for the rest of my order
Well I finally received my order as expected but it was only half the order. I contacted customer support still waiting for a response.

Warm when it arrived!
Not sure it matters but the package arrived with both icepacks melted and the contents were room temp. The RX requires refrigeration so this is concerning! I called the pharmacy and they punted back to ReflexMD although I would imagine the pharmacy is who shipped it, not Reflex. Anyway, not sure it is safe to take.

The shipping was later than the…
The shipping was later than the original date . I am out of town now and no one is available to pick up my order. It will be on my front porch for at least four days.

My package was supposed to be delvered…
My package was supposed to be delvered Saturday... then they sent emails saying Sunday,,, Was finally delivered yesterday and was not anywhere close to cold,,,, Not sure if it is safe to use!

Your medications can withstand temperatures well above 100°F and still meet potency specifications, even if your package sits for a couple of days at these elevated temperatures after the ice packs have melted.
