Noah was wonderfully helpful Only problem is that he had me go through something I’ve already done . Told me I didn’t do it. I also explicitly told him not to text or call me and I then got this text for the survey

I've been using Refills for 6 months now to receive medication, and I've been very disappointed with the level of support and "medical care" I've received. During the course of my treatment plan, I have not had a single check-in from a physician to review my treatment plan with me. At the three-month mark, I completed a check-in form in which I selected that I wished to be contacted by a physician, but I never was. My subscription was just renewed for another 6 months, and I didn't even get asked to complete a check-in form this time. They just shipped the medication; I'm not sure at what dosage. I have not had any issues with the medication itself or their partner pharmacy. However, if you're looking for actual medical care and guidance on your journey, I do not recommend using this service.
