The best part about refills has been the pricing and ease of signup. There are a few major concerns that reduced my review to 2 stars: 1. Once I was approved and the order was shipped, I was never explained what my prescription was or what the ramp up plan would be. Instead, I received 3 bottles that showed take 50ML/ 5 units. I had no idea the bottles had a different concentrations. I was expecting to inject a different amount if my dose changed so I didn’t look at the concentration closely. Even knowing the doses are different, there was nothing included with the physical packaging on which dose to start with (although that could be inferred by common sense). 2. There were no instructions on how or where to inject myself. I looked thoroughly through the packaging and website but no instructions were found. I ended up watching YouTube videos to learn how to administer appropriately 3. After not realizing I had taken the wrong dose (I had grabbed the 10ML), I reached out for next steps. The AI responses kept duplicating and I couldn’t actually connect with a doctor which the program clearly states I have unlimited access to. I was finally able to get advice from a doctor for the second dose, but I will have to go through this process again when i go through my supply a month early due to starting at a 10ml level.

Overall straightforward process, way better than prior experiences at traditional brick and mortar doctor's offices. Not sure how their support is with issues/symptoms help, luckily haven't had to deal with that. Delivery is fast, payment easy, price competitive

It is very hard to get a hold of someone. Everything is through text or email, and it takes a while to get a response back. When I finally received my medicine, there were not very clear directions on how to take it. I got (3) vials of medicine and (2) bags of syringes but no explanation as to how long this medicine should last. After being on this medicine for the (4) first weeks is there enough medicine to go to a higher dosage the next (4) weeks? I did a 6-months plan but no clear directions. There is no information either on when to expect your next shipment of medicine. They need to do a lot better on communication with their customers.
