I apprehensively ordered a Moncler jacket, that every website said would be fake if ordered from an online vendor. This jacket was NOT a fake and was delivered beautifully packaged. I unfortunately had to return it bc it was too small amd couldnt exchange bc there werent any other sizes available. I smoothly returned the jacket and received a refund promptly! Excellent customer service!

I really have been very pleased with the service level even though I have to return the item. Highly recommend Reebonz.
