Ordered something and got tracking…
Ordered something and got tracking number from fed ex Watched it get shipped to Singapore Thought it was fraud So I called your company No response Sent email it took two days for a response Meantime I thought it was fraud contacted American Express But then finally received my purchase two weeks later Need to fix your customer service to get answers back quicker and need a operator to speak to

Looking for improvement
I shop by Reebonz for many times. One thing not very satisfied is WhatsApp service, people answer questions slowly. And since different time zone, I have to wait a couple of days to get feedback which is frustrated. Also, for returned products, they don't send you updates, you have to keep tracking to see when to get your money back.
