Placed an order 26/1 & still waiting 6/2?? & Shipping fee cost $30?? Mannaged to messaged Reebonz lots of time regarding my order, but NO REPLY at all! Tried to Call them, plenty excuses were given such as problem with your order, relocating warehouse, public holidays etc. i really hope that Reebonz will look into this! Still waiting for my goods!

I bought a McQueen Bag for my first date and I have already thought of the outfit to match my new bag so that I look perfect on this important day. I was so excited when I unpacked the bag in the morning until I found the bag is defected. This is totally unacceptable for a bag worth more than USD 1600. Yes, you could refund the products if its defected and unauthentic. But you have to take this risk while you are spending your whole month salary for a luxury treat to thyself ?
