My cousin told me about this service
My cousin told me about this service. I was thinking it'll take weeks. This was so simple to do. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I got a message that in 24hrs they'll get back to me but it was less than 20mins. My prescription is on it's way already. This is way too convenient. I love it!

Fast, Reliable service

I suffer from seasonal depression and…
I suffer from seasonal depression and also going through a breakup and Prozac has worked in the past. The Nurse Practitioner and I talked with her acknowledging Prozac works well to put you on an even mood. We discussed my previous dosage then she agreed the medication would be helpful. So much appreciate the ease of scheduling and doing a consultation on a Saturday morning. My prescription was given for 90 days as requested with medication arriving in the next days. Looking forward to being back on an even keel, especially before the Holidays.

Incorrectly evaluated my symptoms then charged me
Incorrectly evaluated my symptoms, refused treatment, and told me "Get tested so nothing is missed". But what's missing is BEING TREATED. They suggested I might have something that the UTI medicine would ALSO treat. So the rejection makes no sense aside from that I've been charged without recieving treatment. All I recieved was a headache.

Hello Danielle. We offer treatment for over 20 different conditions. Unfortunately, not all conditions should be managed through our telehealth services. When you request an evaluation for a condition we treat, our licensed prescribers will review the information you provide and either give a prescription for the most appropriate medication or give a reason why a treatment is not being prescribed. Some symptoms can be a sign of something more serious that cannot be diagnosed or ruled out through a telehealth visit. Our providers will give their reasons for their decision in their notes to you and/or during your visit. Since you were not prescribed a treatment, please reach out to our patient care team for a refund for your visit if you have not already done so.
