Each consultation is assessed individually based on current symptoms and medical guidelines. Our Patient Care Advocates can also assist you with refunding your visit fee as our refund policy states that payments for provider fees are refundable for completed visits when the provider does not prescribe treatment. Our providers carefully evaluate each patient based on clinical guidelines and their medical judgment. While they can assess and prescribe treatment for ADHD, Redbox Rx does not provide documentation for disability accommodations. We apologize if this was not clear before your visit and appreciate the opportunity to learn where we can improve communication within our services. However, you do have the option to request your medical records, which you can provide to your primary care provider or another healthcare professional who may be able to assist with your accommodation request.
