This is actually a scam. Their terms specifically state they will refund you if you don’t get a prescription. I was never given a prescription and refused a refund, the support agent made no sense and said refunds are not allowed and prescriptions are not guaranteed and linked me to the terms that specifically state refunds are guaranteed if prescriptions aren’t sent. The customer service is actually insane, Brandi was very unprofessional, and even lied then linked terms that went against what she said. Good thing I used a CC, and they sent me their terms. Never got a refund and had to do a chargeback dispute on my CC. I gave them the chance and they just lie to you. Insane.

The policy states “payments for provider fees are refundable for completed visits when the provider does not prescribe treatment. This provides a risk-free experience for our customers. Otherwise, visit and consultation payments are for the time and expertise of our licensed providers and are not refundable.” Unfortunately, you were not eligible for a refund for the provider fee due to our refund policy. After reviewing the information you provided in your intake form, the provider did prescribe you your preferred treatment. It does appear that the same day you submitted your intake form for provider review, you also deleted your account with us. Since you deleted your account with us the same day the treatment was written, the prescription that the provider wrote was voided, and you would not have received a review and pay email from us regarding the prescription. The Patient Care Advocate you were working with did communicate with you the following day that deleting your account with us “results in the loss of your ability to access your account information, including order history/tracking and communication with your provider.” Even though you were prescribed treatment, deleting your account the same day results in a loss of access to that information and a void of the prescription. I am very sorry our service did not meet your expectations or failed you in any way. I got tretinoin from them and it was easy and quick but it has not worked for me at all. The only other brand I’ve tried was from apostrophe and it worked so well but they no longer exist. The consistency of RedBox’s tret was super chalky and dry it was weird. Even after 3 months (the maximum amount of time you should be able to see if something works for you or not) and my skin was still super dry and congested. With the tret I got from apostrophe my skin was literally perfect and I had started with worse skin than when I started using RedBox tret. I haven’t found their product effective at all and would not recommend to others.

For privacy purposes I am not going to reveal the NP that interviewed me, but she was professional, warm and friendly. We even talked about personal lives a bit. Truly an experience I was not expecting with an online Rx visit.

Very user friendly website fast and convenient service and the fees are even cheaper than paying the co-pay for they insurance I used to have. This is a great alternative if you are self-employed free lancer or between jobs and don’t have insurance and need meds for simple treatments. A+

While this service can be helpful for getting a prescription without any hassle, I would argue it is not a good option for any conditions that are more complicated or if you experience any side-effects. I scheduled a video consultation for a side effect I was having with my prescribed birth control. After arriving late, my provider didn't give any explanation (or possible explanation of what could be causing my symptoms), didn't offer any alternatives, and just told me to see my GYN. After about 4 minutes of the visit, and not really answering any of my questions, the visit was over and I felt I had wasted my time and money. Update: Customer service reached out to offer a refund, which is much appreciated!

RedBox makes the process easy. The physician was a good communicator, and impressed me as being well informed. The drug arrived as promised. It took a wee bit longer to get here than I'd hoped, but they provide a tracking number which reduces the stress.
