Had my online consultation for my medication and it was reviewed and confirmed on the same day. It’s also cheaper than the previous service I used (Blink) and much cheaper than the other alternatives I’ve found. I can’t comment on the web version but the app works fine.

I just made the switch from TelyRX to RedBox Rx and had a great experience. I set up an account and booked a virtual consultation. Everything worked seamlessly but you need to make sure you are on time for your consultation because there is a short 3 min window for tardiness, (so you need to make sure your computer, or phone is set up to accept the consultation.) I am not tech savy but was able to take the visit on my Laptop without issue. The visit was personable and I felt very at ease and comfortable with the Nurse Practitioner. During the end of my consultation, there was a power outage, and I easily reached a customer service agent who was very helpful and followed through with the provider to ensure that everything was in order. This was another pleasant surprise as I received both a Text message and email regarding this issue. I am told that I should receive The medications in 3-4 days, so I will update when my product arrives. Needless to say, so far RedBox Rx checks all the "Boxes" and if the product arrives during the timeframe, I will remain with RedBox. What a totally different experience!

The approval was expedited well on time and shipment made in a reasonable period. What i did not like is the lack of notification about the automatic refill. There should be an email for confirmation of refill by client depending on whether the client still need the medication or not.
