Thank you for giving your honest feedback Jason. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. We only charge you if you receive a service (such as a provider visit/consultation) or treatment (your prescription). You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. There are no hidden fees through RedBox Rx. When you go on our website to select the condition you wish to receive treatment for, the webpage will list the price of the provider visit as well as the price of the medication you hope to be prescribed. Our service has two types of visits available with our providers. Some merely require the completed assessment (sometimes photos are required) for the provider to review and make a decision regarding treatment depending on the answers to the assessment questions. This is an Async visit. There are certain conditions and certain states that require you to fill out the assessment questions as well as have a video consultation with the provider. This is a Sync visit.
