This is a scam! It takes forever to receive a medication. There is no feedback. Do not use this service

I'm sorry that you feel that way Len. Please refer to our shipping policy on our website for patients located in certain states. Tracking information for all USPS shipments should show up on your account within 48 hours of the order being shipped as is stated on the website. Besides the RedBox Rx website, our patient care team is available by email, chat, and phone (844-733-2697) 8am-5pm CST Monday thru Friday and 11am-3pm CST on Saturday and Sunday for any questions or concerns you may have.

Next Step to Prescription Medication
The video chat went rather well. The provider decided it’s in my best interest to continue using Trazadone to treat Insomnia. Thanks.

Make appts ahead of time to get meds before you run out
Appts are scheduled pretty quickly. My provider is ok. He is friendly. He rushed the last visit. Just for a refill though. No biggie. Only issue I have is my appt was on Monday and my visit was not signed off on until Saturday. Unfortunately, you can not get your prescription until the provider completes the visit. My visit stayed in review from Monday to Saturday. I explained I only had 3 days left on my meds during the visit. I had to call the pharmacy to get them to tell the provider and they suggested he call in a two week supply until I could get mine in the mail, which was great I could get it that day. More expensive through my hometown pharmacy. Pharmacy customer service was super nice and handled it quickly for me so I didn’t go without. Make sure to make your appointment ahead of time so you don’t run into this issue.

Every single RedBox Rx patient should feel heard and feel like they had adequate time with their provider. We have also been in touch with our medical team to address instances where providers do not immediately complete the visit. Thank you so much for bringing these concerns to us. Excellent Experience
Excellent experience. Easy to order online. Medical professionals on the other end reviewing my request with prompt response after photos submitted and concerns listed.

Paid for overnight shipping
Paid for overnight shipping. Didn’t come for two day because of the holiday. Asked that question on the phone and was told it will come next day. Called to see if they could refund me the 50$ horrendous shipping charge and the person on the phone was extremely rude. She stated that she never said that and I said well when I asked to ship it to cvs you said I didn’t need to because it would be here next day, I then asked to speak to a manager and she was extremely rude and asked for what? For the shipping cost refund bozo. Was put on hold for 20 min and no one answered . Oh well will never use again and to the broad that answered the phone, have fun working on the 5th of July.

Again, we are sorry that you did not receive your prescription in the expected time frame. We did not receive payment from you before the 8:00am CST cutoff (as stated in the Shipping section under the FAQs page on our website) which is why your prescription was not sent out until the following day. It was then shipped overnight to be received by you the following day. Because the prescription was shipped overnight through FedEx the following day, you were not eligible for a refund as you received the service that you paid for. I am very sorry that you were unhappy with our service and our processes. Any questions you may have can always be answered either on our website or by calling our patient care team.

Outstanding
Just that you guys are awesome you guys have helped me out I should have kept my refills of my birth control pills but I'm having a hard time right now but you guys are awesome Thank you so much how do I get a refill of my birth control pills I don't have much money

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
What outstanding Customer Service! I’ve used RedBox RX now on three separate occasions. And my experience has been the same every time. The process is Customer friendly and the providers are knowledgeable & very accessible.
