Raj was a fantastic customer service representative. Answered all my questions. Gave me additional information about the product I purchased. Raj was polite and patient. Knowledgeable and kind. Great example of customer service.

The site was easy to navigate. It took a bit to remove the insurance coverage.

I needed to confirm that the item was in stock before I ordered so I would have it in time for the holidays - I was lucky enough to get Raj and he was fantastic - he actually had me wait to order until he could confirm that the high demand item was in stock - I can't thank him enough for all of his help in making my grandson's Christmas a great one!

I was looking for a specific toy for my son and wasn't able to get it anywhere. But Raj was able to find one for me. Kept me informed while he made it happen as well. Didn't think customer service like that existed.

I ordered a furniture item. After several days, they notified me that it was unavailable and offered some possible replacement items which I did not accept. I asked for my money back. Two weeks later after not having received my refund, I called them. They said the refund will be forthcoming in three to five days. It did not come. I called them again. Same story it will be forthcoming. It has not arrived as they said it would. They owe me over $600 for not completing my order. I will report them to the BBB and speak about this with my lawyer. This company is one that no one should ever deal with. There's something going on with them that is unethical and untrustworthy
