Recreation OutfittersReviews of recreation-outfitters.com

Everything that I ordered arrived ok but when I tried to return one piece their customer service ghosted me

I was told if I signed up with Recreation Outfitters I would receive a 15% discount. One time when I tried to make the purchase I received only $5.00 and something off. I tried to contact the company. No one responded. I tried again to purchase to see if I would be able to use the "discount" to no available. The next time I visited the website my cart was empty and the price had gone up. The next time I visited the site and after an email I sent to them, the price went down again. I still didn't get the 15% off. There was a lower price but even so, if I had gotten the 15% off it would have been a significant amount lower. I do not trust this company but they had the product I wanted so I went ahead and took a chance but my impression so far is pretty negative.

I ordered the pump, gauge and funnel all in one package. I received the pump and sent an email asking where was the rest of the order? I’m still waiting for a response
