Zero! Zero zero zero. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Horrible human beings STEALING from innocent doll loving people!

I, too would give 0 stars if possible. Soon after ordering, my daughter came across the many posts from unhappy people who were scammed. The link to my order number said “oops something must have gone wrong”, and none of my emails were returned. We finally received our doll and her legs needed to be attached, which was virtually impossible, her skin looked like she had a full body sunburn, the face barely resembles the photo, and it looked as though someone stepped on the doll’s lower back. Terrible product. Working with PayPal’s resolution center now. BUYER BEWARE!

Not as shown on the website Product very poor quality comparer to images !! Very deceiving ....I wish I'd get a refund from Paypal !! SCAMMERS Le bébé ne ressemble pas à ce qui est annoncé sur leur site web. Piètre qualité !! J'aimerais être remboursée par Paypal .... Frauduleux comme compagnie ... très déçue !!! 👎

Okay so 11/21/2019 i ordered the “Karen Reborn Doll” Shortly after placing the order i was sent a confirmation email with instructions about assembly and process of painting. I was told six weeks! Up until 12/08/2019 i had been checking my online account to get status details and updates! Nothing other than reports of ordering the doll kit was reported, therefore i contacted them and asked about my product. Shortly after (about a day) I then received an email stating that congrats my dolled was being shipped and i was given a tracking number! (Ironic) so i checked the tracking info and it stated that a label had been printed and that it would ship from inglewood California, from a vendor in Hong Kong! Within moments I attempted to login but the system was not recognizing my login i information, which had been saved on my device since original sign in... i even had an email they sent giving my a coupon because i put the item in my cart a day prior from the order! I asked the system to generate a forgot password prompt! : email account not associated was the error message. I then contacted them from my email that i generated the account with, from previous communication via reply, and tada... a reply! A reply to trust them please because the package was on the way.... they were all the way in Hong Kong, and be patient... yada yada yada!!! So here today as of yesterday i submitted a refund request through paypal to get my money back its 12/21/2019. And still my package is “sitting somewhere between charlotte and Hong Kong unclaimed or accounted for my even the simpleton who”boxed” it with PERHAPS the label they SAY they printed for it on it!! Im mad excuse the typos! Well see if i get my money back!

I ordered FIVE Dolls, and RECEIVE THE FIRST THREE on 12/20/19. I TIRED TO GIVE REBORN DOLLS A CHANCE TO PROVE WHAT OTHERS SAYING ABOUT THEM WERE WRONG. I WAS SADLY MISTAKEN. WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ARE CORRECT. None of the dolls come close to resembling what you ordered from the Website. They smell like embalming fluid. This company is a scam and they are MAKING MONEY. However, one day it will come to an END. No more FAKE doll making for them...Watch. When you receive the Dolls, the hair is glued on like a BAD Wig. The clothes are horrible and give the appearance the doll grew out of them, Care is not put into their doll making, only deceit.... The Dolls are only worth $29.00. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WALK THE TAlk. ARE THERE ANY REAL DOLL MAKERS? I paid almost 500 dollars for Five of them

Reborn Dollshop is a total scam. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered two dolls for Christmas and when the first one arrived (still waiting for the second) it was nothing like the picture, quality was terrible, doll had no pants on, and was cloth bodied instead of silicone. When I tried to Log into my account to review my order my passwords wouldn’t work. Once I googled and discovered trust pilot I realized I was duped. I also used PayPal and am currently holding out for a full refund. The company’s attempts at compensation are a joke. So far they’ve offered me a $20 credit and two outfits for the doll!! 🙄 I paid $220 US.

Did not want to give any stars. Ordered Baby Damon for my granddaughters birthday...suppose to be a blonde hair blue eyed soft bodied boy doll...4 months later received a dark skinned brown eyed hard bodied girl doll with her legs unattached. tried to email...and finally wrote a dispute with paypal!!! I LOVE PAYPAL....first Reborn Doll Shop wanted to only refund me $30....I paid $99...i declined their offer. Paypal then said for me to return the doll certified and i would get my full refund (leary...but one can hope). THEN...Reborn contacted me asked me to quit the dispute with PAYPAL and sent me a video on how to reattach the legs...not seeming to understand...they sent me the completely wrong doll...i told them if they want the dispute canceled they must either immediately send me the doll i ordered or send me a complete refund.....My best advice is if you used PAYPAL go to their resolution center link and they WILL help!!! If you didnt buy through PAYPAL this time...PLEASE use them for you online orders...they have saved me sevral times from online scammers!! ps i should have done more research before this purchase

SCAM SCHAM!!!!!! They took my money!!!!!
