I really wish I had done my homework on this company. I had order 1 doll over a month ago, still have not heard from this company. This is all my granddaughter had asked for Xmas. What a let down. After looking at the reviews I can understand why this company is not replying to my texts. What a mistake this has been.

I ordered 2 different dolls for my twin girls for Christmas. Paid extra for full body silicone. I received 2 identical cloth and plastic dolls. I wanted to return them and get a refund. They keep giving me the run around in emails. The dolls are not real looking at all either. Total scam. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered them because they are all so true. They keep changing their company name too so be aware!!

Worst decision ever to order these dolls. We did not get what we ordered at all. I am beyond upset and after spending over $250 for two dolls with the upgraded silicone body they offered to refund me $10. 1 came with a silicone body but was supposed to have blond hair blue eyes and it had brown hair brown eyes. The other had a cloth body and the face didn’t look finished at all and I don’t know what the hair was made out of so upset.

If there was a negative star I would have chosen it! First of all the doll was not the one we ordered. Second it was not silicon like described more like plastic! Customer service will only refund $40 out of the $128 I spent! If I ship it back it will cost me at least $70!! Don’t waste your money!

Never purchase anything from these people they take your money and send you some totally different

The rating is ZERO !!! I ordered a doll thinking it would actually look like what I paid for so excited when it came. Open the package and the box looked cheap worse yet I paid for a full silicone body and received a cloth body with the worst onesie , no bottle, the doll was spray painted pinkish, the hair was the worst plugs I have seen. Could not believe this is what I received nothing like the doll on the website ! Total scam , I emailed them and send pics . But will report to Better Business Bureau , sad to take advantage of anyone that loves to collect and get this instead in the mail and they still charged me for full silicone. Do not waste your money !

Horrifying experience. The doll looks like it would scare the little girl it was purchased for and when you try to return it, they try to offer you 30 dollars and a shirt as a refund. They say that it is expensive to return (50-70) dollars and say that they "suggest" that you accept their offer. Rediculous, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Very frustrating.

Total scam The website was even changed after we had placed an order. This site pretends to be working and producing these dolls in Alaska. But as soon as had been paid it became clear it was coming from China. Doll has arrived and it seriously is the cheapest worst attempt at a toy. Very poor low quality vinyl. Not at all the full body silicone doll that was advertised and on the payment receipt. This is not worth one star but you can't rank any lower.
