Scam Scam Scam, they offered me $10 and then $30 and finally $40 back, I want my full refund they are making fake advertisement!!! WHAT THEY SHOW ON THE WEB SITE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT THEY SEND ! The paint or glue whatever they use smells toxic! If I could give no stars I would.

I am a smart person and I was scammed! First off I received the doll and the legs wouldn't fit in the holes. One arm was loose and ready to fall off. Their site says for returns submit a ticket but there is no where to submit a ticket! I emailed them and they emailed me back stating that they had to leave the legs off to cut down on shipping cost but would not tell me how to submit a ticket. I told them it was damaged then they emailed me stating that I should watch a video on how to put the doll together! They will not acknowledge to me how to return. I feel I need to dispute with my credit card company for satisfaction. Stay AWAY!

I ordered two dolls for my daughters for Christmas. This is the BIG present they had asked for and I was so excited when I thought I had ordered exactly what they wanted. I ordered these dolls over a month ago and still have not received them and probably never will. I wish I would have done my research before buying a doll from this company. So sad that people feel good about taking someones money, especially when I spent over $200.00 on their dolls. I do not understand how these people are not shut down!

I ordered my daughter a doll on dec 3rd and got it today 12/31 and the doll is nothing I ordered not even the same doll now I'm out $ 111.98 I don't recommend anyone ordering from reborn dolls my daughter was so disappointed so was I

I don’t want to give this company any stars! This is a scam. They send you a doll that is poorly made worth maybe $10.00. They send it from the country you live in and you must pay $70.00 -$100.00 to send it back to Hong Kong. They steal pictures from real, real born doll artist and put the pictures on their website as their own. The doll will have your jaw dropping by the pure, deceitfully practice, of this company. I am on a mission to shut them down. They have over a hundred websites and add/change names daily. They won’t get away with this forever. Do your homework first. They are disgusting and smell of chemicals that are unregulated. WARNING: Don’t buy!

My daughter ordered a doll for me and had the same issues of others. The oops page not being able to see the original order. Then the long wait for delivery. Given a fed ex tracking but was delivered by mail. I am disputing with the bank and want to send back because it the fumes were so strong they made me sick. Had to put it in a bag outside. Cheap plastic and legs were difficult to put on. I couldnt imagine sending this to my grandaughter and having her open this with the fumes alone. I too wish we read the reviews.

Horrible horrible scam!! Do not buy from here. You will get garbage! Plastic ugly doll nothing like what you order! Will cost more to return then what you paid to purchase! You’ll never get your money back! Sooo extremely disappointed and wish I’d investigated more before purchasing, don’t make my mistake!

SCAM. I ordered twin dolls. I received one and it’s not even the doll I ordered. They asked me to send pictures of what I received. I did. They repeatedly offer me a $10 refund. After repeatedly questioning them on the other doll, they now say I didn’t order both dolls and after returning to their website to look at what I ordered it’s different. This doll doesn’t even look real and in fact is pretty scary looking. So disappointing for my granddaughter. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
