I fell for this site, ordered two dolls & outfits. They say they are based in Texas, then shipping from China. Dolls allegedly made up in stock ready to go, then they need an extra 15 days to get the doll kit. Alarm bells started ringing for me when no tracking was found & my order became an oops page not available, followed by not recognizing my email to log in. They sent me four emails & now they don’t have my email address on file. Complete scam, going to have two disappointed daughters. Shame on you for taking advantage of people, ripping off artists design/pics & shame on me for falling for it!

if i could give them a negative star i would i ordered a reborn doll for my niece who is now very upset because she specifically wants a reborn doll that i thought we had come to find out www.reborndollshop .com is a fraud and they do not send what you think your are going to get I recommend calling your bank disputing the charge due to the fact hey refunded my money with in he same day. DO NOT ORDER SCAM!!!!!!!

Yes this is absolutely a scam. Not only reborndollsshop. Com but there is baby dolls. Com and several others and you can spot them when you Google them to look for baby dolls because the writing at the very top is the exact same and the wording when they're describing their dolls are identical to reborndollsshop. I am almost afraid for the doll to arrive based on all the reviews I've seen they lied from the very beginning when I made my order it said it took three days to paint the dog now they say 3 to 4 weeks to paint the doll and another month to get it to you and if you look at your their return policy or exchange policy which I wish I had I was so excited that my granddaughter had found the doll she wanted that I did not check their policy and it is an absolute joke. I'm extremely disappointed that we are in the world we are today we're at company from outside of the United States can basically just defraud all the buyers and there's basically no recourse and we do business with that country my goodness terrible terrible but that's what the internet offers us today an opportunity for a company under five or six different names to scam one after another out of over $100 better yet after Christmas holidays it's very sad I'm very disappointed for my little granddaughter

This is a scam. I’m trying to get my money back. The doll is not like the pic at all. Do not fall for it!

But I stay away from this reborn site because I try to order a reborn and I text many times on email they are not receiving my text messages and I just gave him a dirty text message and tell him a piece of my mind cuz I'm tired of them messing around and doing dirty deeds around behind other people's backs

Don’t buy from them. I am now having to ship a doll that looks like ET back to China to get a refund. My 9 year old cried when she opened the box and saw ET instead of Rayna. Terrible product nothing like the pictures. DO NOT BUY from reborndollshop.com!
