This is a scam I just ordered 12/09/2019 and haven’t received my doll that was promised for 2 day shipping. Called night and day and no response but Sorry we will refund your money and now PayPal is handling my case. Luckily I paid with Paypal😩. Such a waste of time and money, now I have to buy my daughter a different gift in so little time Thanks a lot SCAMMERS

Please, nobody waste your money on this site. I waited TWO months to receive these dolls. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but, I paid almost $200 for a set of twins, paid extra to get full silicone and I received ONE doll, none of it is silicone. The body is soft material with only the stomach covered in I guess what they consider “silicone” The doll i received also looks nothing like what i paid for. They claim to make them handmade but it looks like something you’d buy your 2 year old. Not realistic at all, no eyebrows, fake hard hair. This doll is something I can go to a store and pay $10 for AT MOST. I had never once received ANY information on the dolls as they were shipping or when they were going to get here. I wish I could rate 0 stars. This “company” needs shut down, and the “owners” need to be arrested for FRAUD. They claim one thing and you get the complete opposite. Let alone, they now know your address and card number. I sent an email demanding a refund as I would pay to ship back, still haven’t received an email back. Their customer service isn’t consistent. Please don’t waste your money like a lot of us have. Do your research!!

If you want a true reborn doll, please do not buy from this website. They did not even bother to send me what I paid for, and even removed the specific options for the doll I chose. I ordered the Theresa doll with a full silicone body. The site promises a baby powder scent, but it arrived smelling like chemicals. The doll itself had a CLOTH body with a VINYL belly plate, and all of the limbs are vinyl, too. The doll's face is unfinished! There are no eyebrows, no eyelashes. I was extremely patient and I feel like the product we paid so much and waited so long for is a rip off.

Disgusting what your doing to the doll industry! Stealing kits and coping them then you steal the photos if “real art reborns” off artist pages?!?! Keep your fake, illegal product in china!!!!

This company is the master of bait and switch. They will advertise with true artist babies that cost anywhere from $800-$1k plus and then send you a piece of junk that looks like it was beat up and already played with. These babies are nothing like what they are advertising and this is a scam!

These are not reborn dolls, these are cheap manufactured dolls that look nothing like the pictures shown. Actually the pictures are stolen from real artist and so are the sculpts. The mass produce using the most toxic materials.

This is a scammer site. I am reborn artist that makes legit reborn dolls. This Site steal photos from legitimate artist and post those As there work to sale And to make people believe what they are selling is what it looks like in the photo. Then what people are receiving is complete junk. They look horrible. Plugs of hair paint that looks really bad. And they are stolen sculpts. That real people have put they hard work in making them to have them stolen and remade and used to scam people. I wish I could give them a 0 star.
