Installer was great, shower etc looks nice. However communication was poor. I changed my order from glass sliding door to shower bar...was supposed to get a higher profile as a result & they didn't change...as a result I have liner & curtain issues. I had to buy heavy duty magnets just to keep liner in, curtain doesn't hang well & gets sucked in during shower that a higher profile would've helped. It was inconvenient for them to change order...so now I'm inconvenienced! I spent approximately 28k overall...24k on showers alone...salesperson could've made this happen, said I was getting low profile...they get the sale, their money & on to the next client. Definitely room for improvement...salesperson was too busy for us it felt at times. Will not do 2nd project I was planning with rebath. So communication, respect, concern is lacking...if this was their situation...they'd be unhappy too about the profile height issue & the distance in communication. from salesperson. It was pretty much up to me to solve my issue...not there's it felt...called 3 other stores & they seemed more concerned about the issue than franchise who handled my project.

I am being told my the Knoxville RE BATH, my Delta 500 series shower installation is according manufacturer specs and code. The most notable specs and code is where the floor truss had about 10” removed. But, according to RE BATH experts. I am lucky there was a closet wall under the bottom part of the web truss to land on. yes that’s sarcasm. As off 17 March 2023, RE BATH states they are no longer concerned with my project because there won’t be any claims made,,.? My bathroom floor is now , not level and there is a crown that has formed on the floor along that damaged truss. Also the shower pan moves up and down. I politely ask the management to make good on repairs, and install a shower door in good faith for my damages. Their expert deemed there is no damage. In fact he states the situation is so stable, he could cut the floor truss several more times and every thing will be fine, according to a phone conversation I had with management after the company expert left my home. Im sure one could speculate I am leaving many paragraphs out. Yes the trust in question was notched by previous owner. les than 1/2 total with of the top of the truss. I never wanted to present a review; however, I waited for three weeks for RE BATH of Knoxville to “make a very thing right”. For over 2.5 hrs at my home I was subjected to constant gaslighting of the entire situation and complete loss of my money. Thanks for readin. Joe

Never go with company or any company that will not share a base price. My parents who are 74 were told their bathroom would be completely gutted. Their definition and mine are 2 different things. They did take the walls down to the studs around the original bathtub, however no where else. They replaced the bathtub with a shower, replaced the flooring and that is it. All for $13,800 and said it was a package price. Their bathroom is tiny and when I asked the owner if he could provide pricing for me when they were finished, because the numbers were not adding up for the work they did he said he was not able to give numbers to me and everything is proprietary! He also has no idea what customer service is!

Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter. But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract. These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.

Re bath just completed remodel on our master shower. We are very much ecstatic with workmanship and work ethic Mike and Victor have displayed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommending Re Bath to friends and family. Also Marissa in your Oxnard office was very helpful and professional Thank you - Denise and Robert

Zero stars if i could. Waste of money. Cheap products, bad workmanship. Avoid at all costs. Im stuck with a tilted tub. Bouncy floor. Leaking pipes, hired a plumber to fix, theirs will only cover his ass. Just bad all around. I could go on for hours. Just stay away from them.

Samples do not reflect what the product REALLY looks like, colors are way off. The sinks are super small and very dull. They took the whole vanity top including the sinks out and buffed to make shiny which really did not happen. Now the sinks absorb stains like there is no tomorrow. Vanity top is dull/ugly - nothing like the sample. The shower door was installed where it rattles and bangs around, always afraid it will fall off tracks (this was after they came out and "fixed"). The shower products easily get black mold even with frequent cleaning. For the ridiculous amount of money we paid for this junk, heartbreaking. We had done business with Re-bath twice before, always pleased. Their product now is nothing but junk, save your money and stay far away from them. Complain on facebook and they block you.
