Elevated CraftReviews of elevatedcraft.com

The Elevated Craft shaker is the best I’ve ever owned. I’ve had it for about 3 years. No leakage, ever. Inside get super cold but never your hands as you shake it. I just bought a shaker for my brother and a second one for myself. Also bought the hybrid glassware which I anticipate appreciating as much as the shakers. Highly responsive customer service as well. I just love working with a first-rate organization with quality products!

I mistakenly ordered two sets of pint insulated glasses. I quickly emailed the company and within 15 minutes they had corrected the error and refunded my money, all with very pleasant emails. Can't get better service than that! Look forward to getting their product.

We are huge fans of Elevated Craft. We have their shaker, four rocks glasses, and four pint glasses. We have also gone on to purchase these items as gifts. The products are top notch and the company truly stands behind their products!

I first bought two rocks glasses setups as an experiement. They were wonderful, so I bought another pair, as well as some spare glasses. Glad I did b/c our cat broke one! Ordered some more glasses (it is SO REASONABLE to replace just the glass as the insulated cozy is ridiculously durable. THen we got the pint glasses. We might now be addicted. Lastly, I realized something was missing, asked customer service about it, and they immediately made it right. Love this company, love this product, will keep coming back! I might need a second freezer for the glasses.....

I purchased a cocktail shaker and was very impressed, and purchased 2 more for Christmas gifts. High quality and responsive staff.

Although my order is still on its way, the customer service experience has already been outstanding. They went above and beyond to fulfill an important request, and I am truly grateful for their help. I will definitely be recommending this brand to my friends and family and look forward to purchasing the next item on my wishlist!

Best products hands down to increase the level of your home bar. The pint cold glasses and sleeves are unbeatable. Josh in customer service is top notch. Just purchased a set for a gift and will be back for more. Thanks again.

I bought the original Shaker set in stainless steel because I like the elegant look of the shaker. It was a surprise gift for my husband and he really likes it. The quality is very nice. I ordered a lid for the glasses thinking they came in a pair but not so. I contacted customer service by email and in less then a half hour I had another lid shipped. Customer service anymore is horrible but Elevated Crafts customer service was top notch. I am super impressed.
