ReBath in Knoxville TN. I would highly recommend hiring Re-Bath for any bathroom installation and remodel. I was highly impressed with the the sales person, the installer, Crystal the admin and owners. During the installation there was no mess and professionally installed within one day. Over a year later I needed a repair. They promptly came out and replaced the part and did not charge me anything. What more could you ask for? Thank You ReBath

I was a previous re-bath installer and…
I was a previous re-bath installer and had no experience in doing so , after three weeks training on the job ,no text book or videos I was a professional installer, then I made a mistake on the plumbing and was fired, I had little to none experience in plumbing but I was granted the title of lead installer. I was denied unemployment the reason that re-bath claimed was unsatisfactory workmanship. I’m sorry but three weeks training on the job is not adequate to do this job , so I question any of this company work or procedure, good luck with this company, high dollar remodel with no text or video or training manual

After contacting the Better Business…
After contacting the Better Business Bureau, the company is supposed to contact the customer. They never contacted me about complaint which is listed. After I put my review on Trustpilot, they did not contact me, only asking that I call the company. I have done that several times. Do not do business with this company. There are many other companies out there.

Diana, thank you for reaching out and sharing this. We understand how frustrating it is to be waiting on a response for an issue like a loose tub, especially after multiple calls. Please reach out to our local office directly, or ask to speak with a manager, so we can make sure your issue gets the prompt attention it deserves.

We purchased a frameless shower door…
We purchased a frameless shower door installation through Home Depot, which was subcontracted to Re-Bath. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward project turned into a months-long process involving multiple installation attempts and significant inconvenience.
After the initial installation, the shower leaked. Re-Bath returned and ultimately replaced the entire glass door, but the leakage problem remained.
I provided video documentation showing where the water was escaping. Based on that information, the glass door manufacturer recommended several potential corrective measures, including adding a bulb seal between the doors, installing a dam strip at the bottom of the door, checking the stationary panel caulking, and verifying the threshold slope.
When the installer returned for the third attempt, the first item investigated was the threshold. Interestingly, the threshold had been checked during the original site survey and measurement as well as a previous installation attempt yet no concerns were raised at that time. After further evaluation, it was determined that the threshold was part of the problem so I had it corrected before allowing the project to continue.
Following the threshold correction and the addition of the recommended bulb seal and dam strip, the shower no longer leaks.
While I am glad that the leakage issue has finally been resolved, it took three installation attempts, replacement of the door, additional modifications, months without normal use of the shower, and considerable effort on my part to reach this outcome.
What is particularly disappointing is that I have had other frameless shower enclosures in previous homes that functioned properly without the need for added bulb seals or dam strips. My expectation was a professionally installed frameless shower door that performed correctly from the beginning, not one that required multiple corrective measures after repeated installation attempts.
In the end, the problem was eventually resolved, and I appreciate the individuals who continued working toward a solution. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this Re-Bath for a frameless shower door project, nor would I choose to purchase a similar installation through Home Depot again.

Barry, thank you for the detailed account and for documenting the process so thoroughly. We understand how much time and effort went into reaching a working solution, and we're glad the leakage issue is now resolved with the shower functioning as it should. We also recognize that a project of this length, with multiple attempts along the way, isn't the experience you expected from the start. Please reach out to our local office directly so their team can review your case and address any remaining concerns.

ReBath completed our tub-to-walk-in…
Re-Bath completed our tub-to-walk-in shower conversion last week, and overall we are very happy with the final result. The finished work looks excellent in our home, and the sales team was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We had originally hoped to complete two bathrooms, including an existing smaller walk-in shower, but the pricing for the second bathroom was significantly higher than expected—in fact, it was as expensive as, or even more than, converting the full tub to a shower—which we found unreasonable. Because of that, we decided to move forward with just the main bathroom. While we are pleased with the quality of the work, we do feel the overall cost was quite high for a tub-to-shower conversion with sliding doors. Our home is only 11 years old and very well maintained, so the need to redo plumbing did not fully make sense to us from a value perspective. That said, we understand this was our choice, and we are ultimately satisfied with the finished product. We just wish the pricing had been more reasonable so we could have completed both bathrooms. The installers were on time, professional, did their best to keep dust from spreading, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.

Edgar, thank you for the thoughtful and detailed feedback! We're glad the finished tub-to-shower conversion looks great and that the sales team was knowledgeable throughout the process, and it means a lot that the installers' professionalism and clean work stood out. We understand pricing is an important part of deciding on a second project, and we appreciate you weighing that carefully. We're grateful you're satisfied with the final result and for the opportunity to work on your home!

I worked for Re-Bath (Panama City…
I worked for Re-Bath (Panama City location), and I strongly recommend doing your research before signing anything.
Commissions were reduced through chargebacks that were not clearly explained, sometimes calculated at full retail pricing, sometimes over retail pricing. In multiple cases, this resulted in little to no pay—even after generating significant sales.
There was no consistent transparency in how earnings were calculated, and when I asked for clarification, I was terminated the next day. They cited “ performance”, but I had just been recognized days before for being in the “ Elite 150” nationally, and sold 21 remodels in 9 weeks. They are now refusing to pay me my remaining pay ( 17k), but they are still paying a former male employee, terminated in January.
If this is how employees are treated behind the scenes, it raises serious concerns about how business is handled overall.
Ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before moving forward.

We understand how important clear and consistent communication is around compensation, and a dispute like this deserves proper attention. Please reach out to your previous employer's HR or management team directly to work toward resolving the outstanding payment.
