Be careful with this company. The other negative reviews real, it's ridiculous that the company's customer service is not responsive, but the website management and social media are much faster than their emails and order follow up. Ordered and paid but nothing received, even an email. Contacting your bank is the only possible way to get your money back.

I ordered silk underwear and paid with PayPal. I never got my order and they insisted they delivered. They sent me a bogus delivery confirmation that when I tried to use wasn't real. I have never had an issue with delivery even through Covid when I ordered many times online.

I purchase my wife some PJ'S for Christmas that was the wrong size so, I returned them on 1-03-24. I've been waiting on my refund for more than a month. Now thier saying they will investigate (what) Then send my refund. Here it is 2-10-24 and I'm still waiting for my refund!! That's bad business sorry it was Asilklife !!!!!

I recently purchased 2 cashmere sweaters and I could not be happier with the quality. The cashmere is thick and they are classic and gorgeous! Customer service answered all my questions about fit. I was able to track the package and it came quickly. I will definitely order again!

I can't give a zero so I had to give this product a one star. Their thermal underwear is made of crap. I have no idea what the real material is, but it is just some sort of felt, and the light weight top I bought lacks any finish. The neck, cuffs, and bottom are just cut off edges, which is why it is easy to tell it is felt. I have some silk and cashmere blend items, but they are knit and this stuff just feels fuzzy, nothing like knit. I haven't tried washing it, but I have my doubts about even trying, Their return process is very complicated and obviously designed to discourage returns. Do not plan ever to use this company again.

I ordered a set of mulberry silk longjohns for hubs. Placed the order 11-18-2023. They ship from China. No tracking number until States side. Finally got the tracking number a few days before Christmas. On Christmas Day, I looked up the tracking info. This time, THE PACKAGE WAS SEIZED IN NY FOR COUNTERFEIT POSTAGE!!! I emailed, requesting a refund. My bank account shows the credit as pending. I will believe it once the funds are clear and back into my account. NEVER AGAIN!

I would like to up date my review of Realsilk. I did recive a refund from this company. However it was not the full amount a service charge or somthing was taken off. However I still stand by my first review,as this was my experience with this comany.

Wish I could rate them at 0 Terrible company to deal with. No order sent.Keep saying 24-48 hours and nothing sent for 8 days. No refund. No labels on products. Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service. Stay clear of this company. Bunch of scamners
