You won't recieve a silk garment.I ordered a silk tank top and I recieved a nasty smelling cheap polyester tank top in black that you can see through Do not buy from this company,They sell fraudulent clothing from.China.I am contacting the Trading Standards and Citizens advice consumer line and my credit card company.

They have been responsive and helpful. They made effort to solve the issues. They have been very patient with my questions.

I ordered two silk polo shirts. The website says they're over 95% silk. When they arrived each had a tag with percentages of fabric written in Chinese. I used Google translate and found that they were only 4.6% silk. The rest was polyester. I was duped. I'm going to try to return them. Update: Customer service acknowledged the shirts were not silk and asked if they fit me in which case they would offer me a 15% refund. I replied I did not want polyester shirts and I would like to return them for a full refund. I'm awaiting their reply.

Be prepared to commit to your purchase 100%. This company is out to scam you. I paid for shipping insurance because I was worried from the beginning that products might not even arrive. They did arrive via DHL. Their are products are expensive, shipping from China. If you need to return it, they will give you a very hard time. I paid for extra insurance to send my parcel back, with signature confirmation. So they did receive it, but they tried to claim that I did not send back everything even though I did. I had to go through my credit card company to make a claim, at which point they finally said they “found” the items and would give me my return! Major hassle, skip it, there are better and less expensive silk companies out there.

They said my order is delivered but I did no got it don’t buy from them you out of your money

I purchased a gift for my wife but changed my mind after I made my payment. I emailed customer service and requested a refund. They offered to throw in a pillowcase if I changed my mind, I declined and my payment was promptly refunded via PayPal. It only took a day or so. I’m not sure what is happening with some of these other reviewers. I can’t speak to the quality of the product but customer service is gtg.

Totally understanding about fit and comfort that my wife said they don't fit

Beware when making a purchase. It takes weeks to get the item and they don’t accept returns.
