I love my silkies purchases. Keep in mind that sizing tends more toward a smaller Asian frame. I am not and the extra large is close for me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CHINA- BASED COMPANY! My XL sweater was way too small. Good luck trying to return something to RSL. Rather than facilitate return, was offered an exchange of more expensive item. Every time I requested return there was another delaying response, send us ur bust, waist, neck, arm length sizes; in addition to Tracking #, need cc of Shipping Receipt, etc! Finally, my emails were blocked, and I received return email in Chinese characters! In other words…F——— off, we’re done with you Mr Customer! Even though you have proof of returned sweater, we’re keeping your $139. Insult to injury…we’ll return only $10 of your $16.77 return shipping charges. Will report to credit card company but expecting to write off $139. RSL’s latest response to my review was “we have never blocked any customer’s emails.” I found 3 RSL email responses dated Oct 8. All these responses are in Chinese with a few snippets of English. Quoting some of the English…”sorry to inform you your email was returned”, and “quota exceed the hard limit”, whatever that means. Saved these emails if you would like to review. After Oct 8, RSL went silent. Only started receiving responses again after my Trustpilot Review. One of your responses accurately indicated sweater cost was $139, but further indicated refund would be $129. I’ve asked for an explanation, but no response yet. Can you please explain why only $129? Thx…George Hickey I do not want a refund via PayPal. I bought sweater via credit card and want refund to my credit card. Don’t use PayPal so don’t know how you could refund via PayPal. Just checked credit card and there is a refund of $129. I have asked repeatedly why only $129, when I paid $139 for sweater? All your responses to my simple request for a refund are deliberately misleading and disingenuous. Please refund my additional $10 so we both can move on from this nightmare. You already refunded $10 on my credit card on 10/8 and indicated that was all you could refund per your policy of paying no more than $10 for return shipping charges. My total shipping charges were $16.77. You also already refunded $129 on my credit card towards the $139 I paid for sweater. I’ve explained repeatedly that I’m not a PayPal member so you can’t refund me via PayPal. Since you have already refunded me twice on my credit card, don’t understand how you can’t just refund me the $10 you owe me for the sweater on my credit card again. Once you do that our transactional relationship is finally over and done forever.

I have one sweater too small and I need a return label. It has not arrived. It says quite clearly not to return from despatch address so I have to have a label.

I bought some silk pajamas for myself and my daughter and we are both happy with our purchase. The pajamas are very comfortable and the fit was good too. It did take 2-3 weeks to receive the items but that is understandable since it is shipped from China.

Beautiful blouse. I wasn't sure what to expect but the quality is lovely and the fit is perfect.
