Sizes run to small - an XXL labeled piece (on the bag only, not on the garment) is at most an XL.

The sizing is extremely small, it seems like Asian sizing since I always wear a size small but I couldn’t even get it over my head. I requested a return and I got the run around, first they wanted me to exchange it but I didn’t want to take the chance of it not fitting again. Finally they gave me an address to send it to three weeks ago and still no refund. I contacted them again and they said they needed the tracking number. This has been going on for a month now.

I purchased a cashmere sweater that was shipped directly from China and took weeks to arrive. The overall size was right, but it was cut for a very thin person which I am not. When I requested to send it back for a refund, they pressed me to take my own measurements. I opted for a refund and after several emails, they agreed, but I had to pay return postage to be be reimbursed with the refund. They could not provide easy return labels. They kept getting the totals wrong until I finally gave up after three weeks and six emails and settled for a $5 shortfall. A very bumpy ride. I would never go back to their website.

I love the design of this sweater. So Many cashmeres are a solid color without much style so to find a Block-style with two colors was a real treat and for a very fair price. The softness is truly lovely! I also appreciated being able to track the shipment
