Cosmetic surgery and procedures are life altering, either positive or negative and being able to communicate with others in the same situation is like Community support and can help in your decision making and also comforting.

I stumbled across realself.com googling about breast lifts and augmentation. It was so helpful reading everyone's stories and seeing pictures. I normally don't write many reviews but I had to share my experience. I'm hoping it will help someone else.

While I've not personally used Real Self to search for services, it is notable that my surgeon, who is considered one of the top in his field in the world, asks patients like myself to review my experience with RealSelf, first. Which is my privilege because he's so good at what he does and a very honorable doctor, not to mention, extremely particular in what and where he puts his energies.

While I think the information is very valuable, but the site has changed so much since I first went on in 2017 and 2030, when I used it again. I find the realself site itself very hard to navigate, to follow people's stories, and to send photos. PLEASE give people a pixel limit BEFORE they submit anything, as I had to go back and knock down all my photos, causing my review to go away and I had to rewrite it from scratch. I also don't like that it is full of ads.

I've been a real self member since 2017 and I love that I can get real experiences from real people on this website! It helped me so much when making my decision on getting plastic surgery. Being able to see pictures and read about people's good and bad experiences was very helpful for me. I finally was able to have my surgery on January 18 and as soon as I was able posted my before and after pictures and experience with my surgery and dr for it to hopefully be able to help other people using this website. Thank you real self!

I did a chat for someone to help me post a pic, when I tried the system told me my pic was to large. The RS person was able to resize and post. I have since been able to load and post pics myself.

I like the information gained from real women that have had the procedure and the incite in to decision making. It’s also helpful to see results on different body sizes.
