We appreciate your feedback, Lizzy. Our goal is to create a safe space for our members to share their stories. For this reason, we ask that comments are supportive. We understand that you may have your own opinions about someone’s appearance, but when a community member is happy with their results, suggesting a revision is not helpful or supportive. In regards to reviews without photos, we agree that a picture can be worth a thousand words. However, since many community members prefer anonymity when discussing their procedures, we do allow reviews without photos. If you’d like to view only reviews with photos, click the “Photos and Video” filter option on the main review page, and they’ll be filtered for you.
