Real Mart was the best way to sell our house in NJ. I am so glad that we did!

Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Turns out they bought another company which I did use a half decade ago, and decided to spam me asking for a review. Here’s your review - Enjoy!

We are very sorry that we made a mistake on your email. We recently signed on Trustpilot.com and send request to our previous home owners who sold their property through our flat fee MLS service.. Not sure why your email is registered as one of our sellers. We are an A+ rated company by BBB for the last 10 years and care very much about our reputation. Over 90% of our customers gave us 5 star reviews. Please help us by either remove your review or at least make it a neutral rating.
Dustin
Bad experience when trying to list a lot. No one was able to help me or was familiar with that process. Do u list property in Ocean County?
Response from Realmart RealtyApr 11, 2019
Dear Dustin, this is Jack Yao, the president of Realmart.com. I am really sorry to see this review. I would love to know which customer service representative you worked with. Our phone support staff usually handles questions very quickly. Our agents who enter the listing and update status are also trying their best to get request done within 1 business day. Vacant land is less than 1% of our listings, sorry if you felt our staff was not as knowledgeable with vacant land. Never the less, I believe your property was SOLD through us and we did help save quite a bit in commissions. Feel free to contact me personally at [email protected] or 732-698-8068 for any suggestions to improve our service. BTW, we do list in all of NJ including Ocean counties

Was great to work with them to sell my house in the Spring/Summer of 2017! For someone that has the time and knowledge to do the leg work, for the price they offered a great service at a great value. Largely didn't need to interact with them, and response was mostly thorough and timely when we did. If I HAD to pick one thing to improve, it would have been that, but it really wasn't an issue. I would definitely use them again.
John
not a good experience

From start to finish everything was explained throughly. I felt so comfortable. Anytime I had a concern I would email and within 5-10 minutes I had an answer. We sold our home for full asking price. I’m still shocked! I have recommended this company to everyone. If we need to sell a house in the future we know where to go!

It was a great pleasure working with Jared and Cynthia. Smart sellers like them can leverage Realmart.com program and easily save 3-6% commissions. It is taking control of the selling process just like a listing agent. It is so much better than just FSBO :-)

We used Realmart to sell our NJ home. This is the 3rd like-service we’ve used and the first time in NJ. The process of listing the home and making changes while listed was quite simple. In the end, our home was sold and we saved at least 3% more than if we’d listed with a realtor.
