Realmart RealtyReviews of realmart.com

I have sold four homes using different FSBO listing companies. This most recent sale was the most complicated. I experienced more administrative headaches, email spam, and unnecessary confusion. I won't bore you with all the details. Just a head's up.

The main problem with using RealMart is you lose the ability to be able to better control your listing and what information appears on MLS . If there are mistakes you will not be able to see them ahead of time in order to approve the listing before it goes live. I believe it shows unprofessional-ism. If you are working with a real live agent representing your property there is a better likelihood of preventing misrepresentation of your property since you can speak to them directly and they are very willing to make sure they do everything right the first time. With Real Mart you will not be able to speak to a representative to resolve any matters especially ones that you deem very important. There are certainly glitches in their system.

Positive: My MLS posting was up in a timely manner. Negative: In my opinion, the tone of the several personal emails I received was extremely rude and unprofessional. This company needs to improve their customer service skills.

What phone number can I call to speak with you?

Very rigid process . Tough to deal with. They refused to call me to discuss issue. I paid for 25 photos I sent them email showing what I paid for and they only let me post 6 photos. They forced me to have to choose between getting my listing active on Friday or uploading more photos. I was forced to upload only 6 photos I didn’t want to miss this weekend with active listing. They said they are going to charge me $100 at later date to upload more photos.. they up charge for everything. I’m not planning on recommending or using them anymore in the future

The listing address was incorrectly put on the MLS and the owner’s public remarks were left out of the listing..

not a good experience

Very little assistance was available to answer questions placing my listing. The person answering several phone calls was totally clueless as to forms, procedures and the process. Throughout the process other Realmart staff then made calls to me demanding adherence to numerous regulations and threathened to fine me for violations. Much aggravation could have been saved by having a knowledgeable person answer calls for assistance! Realmart was real aggrevation.
