Con artists will scam you
Con artists will scam you! They do things that are illegal and pay people off to shut them up. Stay far away from them!

Company takes nearly 24hours to forward…
Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely awful to work with
Absolutely awful to work with. There were significant delays in corresponding multiple times, and also in posting my listing, and then once the listing was posted, they included information in the listing (private comments for other brokers) that was inappropriate (advertising for them), and they refused to include my own contact info in this section, which is something that multiple other competitors have done for me. This is one of the biggest reasons I utilize flat fee listing services (in addition to avoiding the larger fees with a full service broker) ... so interested clients/agents can contact me directly without the middle person ... this company does not allow this. They also seemingly inappropriately changed the narrative justifying it based on non-discdrimination guidelines, but when reviewing the rules, the changes were not appropriate, as there had been nothing in my requested narrative that violated any rules/non-discrimination issues.

Unfortunately my listing never appeared…
Unfortunately my listing never appeared on Zillow and other major home search websites. I never got the exposure for my listing. Buyers do search those major home search websites. Not worth the time and money.

Bare minimum service only benefit is…
Bare minimum service only benefit is MLS posting but most agents are confused as to the process or they refuse to acknowledge it

Our phone support is 7-day a week, 12 hour a day (9am to 9pm). The phone support staff usually handles questions very quickly. Our agents who enter the listing and update status are also trying their best to get request done within 1 business day. Despite the bad review, I am still very happy that your home is SOLD through us and we did help save thousand in commissions. Our program is not meant to be a FULL service listing agent. Does not respect your privacy!
Obviously does not respect your privacy! I’ve had no real estate transactions in the past 3-5 years, and then I get an email from Realmart, a company I’ve never used. Turns out they bought another company which I did use a half decade ago, and decided to spam me asking for a review. Here’s your review - Enjoy!

We are very sorry that we made a mistake on your email. We recently signed on Trustpilot.com and send request to our previous home owners who sold their property through our flat fee MLS service.. Not sure why your email is registered as one of our sellers. We are an A+ rated company by BBB for the last 10 years and care very much about our reputation. Over 90% of our customers gave us 5 star reviews. Please help us by either remove your review or at least make it a neutral rating.

Listing for vacant land.
Bad experience when trying to list a lot. No one was able to help me or was familiar with that process. Do u list property in Ocean County?

Vacant land is less than 1% of our listings, sorry if you felt our staff was not as knowledgeable with vacant land.
