Our phone support is 7-day a week, 12 hour a day (9am to 9pm). The phone support staff usually handles questions very quickly. Our agents who enter the listing and update status are also trying their best to get request done within 1 business day. Despite the bad review, I am still very happy that your home is SOLD through us and we did help save thousand in commissions. Our program is not meant to be a FULL service listing agent. I apologize if any our support staff did not handle your request in a more professional manner. I understand the buyer agents can be aggressive and they only have the best interest of the buyer in mind when working with you. But smart home owners like yourself understand how the MLS works. They can leverage our program save a ton of real estate commissions. Of course, we also have 1% professional consulting service available where we will coach you through out the entire process. Negotiation is a big part of the transaction, most of the time, we save our home owners more than 1% when we are the ones to deal with the aggressive buyer agents.
