The order is 2 weeks late than promised. Everybody is saying that the orders dont arrive I just need it to arrive before the 31st. Shouldve never trusted this company in the first place

Ordered Dec 15, and haven’t heard anything but a confirmation of my order placement, and of course, my card has been charged. I sent an email requesting an update on shipping date and have not received a response. When I placed the order, it looked like it would get here before Christmas. I’d like to know when to expect my order. Right now my kid is missing several gifts. I’d like to know I’m not being scammed :(

This company is so frustrating. I don’t recommend buying from them. I ordered items on Black Friday for Christmas presents and they have yet to ship my items. I’ve had to ask multiple times for refunds and to cancel my order. Customer service was able to refund me, but after 4 emails. I don’t know if this company is even legitimate. I wish I read reviews. Other reviews are correct. They try to get you with a “free” membership that is automatically added to your orders. Unless you’re really paying attention, you’ll miss it. You have to go into your account and cancel it or it’s $49 a month.

Hoody is very good but they charge you for 60 dollar after your puechase. I write an email to get a refund but didnt get answer

This is a fraud. They never send the things you purchased. There is an AI answering to your email immediately when you send an email and try to delay you for asking your money back. ATTENTION

I am very disappointed with this company. Despite repeated shipping promises, I still have not received the product I paid for. There was no reliable tracking information and no clear explanation for the delay. What makes the situation even worse is that a subscription was activated without my consent. This was never clearly communicated during the purchase process. Even more concerning, the subscription cannot be cancelled through the website as expected. I have tried to contact customer support via email, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. Overall, this experience feels unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

The clothing is sick, conversation starter almost everywhere I go. I just wish the shipping time was more reasonable.
