Hey Nino, We’re sorry to hear that. As explained in our email, our new member discount is associated with the VIP membership and the final checkout total may vary depending on the offer applied or whether you selected the No VIP option. It’s also possible that a technical glitch occurred which is why we requested screenshots of the issue so we could investigate further. However, we haven’t received a response from you and you’ve chosen to post this review before giving us the opportunity to verify what happened. We take pricing concerns seriously but we need the relevant details to properly investigate your claims. We kindly encourage you to share the requested screenshots so we can look into the matter and address your concerns.

Hey Ali, We’d like to clarify that the VIP membership is not hidden as you said. It is presented as an option during the ordering process. Customers can choose to join VIP or proceed with No VIP before continuing to checkout and paying for their order. Before an order can be paid for, you are also required to check a box confirming that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable terms. The membership terms including the recurring charge are displayed during the checkout process before payment is submitted. We checked our support inbox but weren’t able to find any messages from you. We’ve requested additional information from you here on Trustpilot so we can locate your order and assist. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly at [email protected] with your order details and we’ll be happy to look into this.

Hey Ray, We would like to clarify that your order was delivered in June, while your concern regarding the shirt shrinking after the first wash was only brought to our attention recently in September. Our store has a 30-day guarantee and your concern was raised well beyond this period. Despite this, we still took the time to review your complaint and offered a partial refund as a goodwill resolution, even though the request was made outside our standard 30-day policy. We have since followed up with you directly to explore a further resolution in the hope of bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
