My order number is R1460367, I’ve ordered two hoodies from reality racing and I’ve not received them. I was told due to it being an international shipment it might take 3-4weeks. Even after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order, but the seller offered me a partial discount due to the delay.

Had purchased a hoodie, really happy with the product and the quality. Only suggest customers keep an eye out for the ‘Pit Pass’ subscription that automatically gets added to your cart at checkout for ‘free’. Without looking closely, it’s easy to overlook that this is a monthly subscription you’ll be charged for after the first month ($60usd) ongoing. After making this mistake, and contacting support, the team were helpful in refunding the charges. Just a bit of a sly additional charge to look out for.

Hey Amy, We’d like to clarify that the Pit Pass is presented as an option during checkout where customers can choose to keep or remove the membership before completing their purchase. The applicable terms including the recurring membership charge are also displayed during checkout, and customers are required to confirm that they’ve reviewed and agreed to the terms before payment. Once an order is placed, customers can also log in to their account to review their order details and manage their membership. We did respond to your email and have been working to resolve the matter. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to issue the refund for the membership and we’re pleased to have been able to offer a resolution to your concern. We remain committed to assisting our customers and resolving concerns fairly and transparently.

Hey Kamil, As we explained in our email correspondence, for international orders including those shipped to Poland, delivery may also require additional time depending on the logistics provider, customs clearance, and your local carrier’s delivery schedule. Your order is currently being processed and it does not mean that your order was not sent. Our fulfillment team is actively working on your order. The tracking information will be provided via email as soon as it is processed by logistics. We’re always happy to assist with concerns about an order and we hope this clarification provides some context. We appreciate your patience while our team works to fulfill your order.

Delivery time takes very long, so order early to get your things at the right time. More information about that Pit Pass. I didn't know what that is and suddenly there was an amount deducted from my bank account. A clear clue that after a month for free, you have to pay for that pit pass. Super fast support, within an hour I got answers to my email I sent.

*** Update*** I was contacted to tell me that my order has been shipped and they did offer me something for my trouble. I don't know if it is because of my review, or because they are trying to make things right, but at least they are trying. I am going to give it a shot and update my review from 1 star, to 3 stars. A month after placing my order, I still have not received an update. Touched base with them several times and just keep apologizing, but not doing anything about shipping. Seems like they are good advertisers and not good at fulfilling orders. Terrible! This was supposed to be a birthday gift, a month later, this is no longer what I wanted.

I like it , the shipping is way toooo long, on instagram i like the customer support! BUT be careful of the "pit pass" in cart its free but then you get charged a month later 49€,

I loved the bundles, one of the tshirts was double printed making image not clear. Should consider bettering customer service. I wasn’t able to claim my tees, perk of membership, and customer service never responded.
