Waited 3 weeks, items never shipped so requested a refund. Within a day they “processed the refund” and said I should receive it within 3-10 days. It’s now been over 2 weeks with no refund or any proof of refund, and all the tell me is they are “contacting our financial team and will give you an update as soon as possible”.

The hoodie was more than I expected, was way better quality than I thought. Definitely i would buy again

Fast shipping and good quality

I placed an order with Reality Racing on December 15, 2023, and paid extra for expedited shipping because the estimated delivery date was December 23. It's now December 29, and the order hasn't even shipped yet. When I followed up, they explained that expedited shipping only applies after a 2-3 week processing time for custom shirts, which wasn't clear at all during purchase. The initial delivery estimate feels deceptive, as it led me to pay more for essentially no benefit. Customer support responses are polite but vague, with no apology or real resolution offered. I'm still waiting without a firm ship date. Avoid if you need timely delivery, great concept, but execution is lacking.

I’m leaving 3 stars because my overall experience wasn’t the worst. I placed an order to arrive before Christmas. I was informed originally that the process/ship time would be 7-12 days. So I reached out a little worried and they told me it probably wouldn’t arrive on time but were polite about it and said they were waiting for inventory. I reached out again after 15 days and they told me it would be another 2-3 weeks. I requested a refund and they processed it immediately and it’s already pending to go back in my bank. I appreciate that someone answered me in a timely manner, but of course I’m still sad it didn’t work out. My advice going forward would be to only accept orders when you have the physical items in stock. Or just send your customers a message with more transparency and be like “we saw you placed an order and we’re waiting on inventory. The actual time frame for this to arrive would be more than a month. Do you want to wait or would you like a refund” That seems to be the actual issue with many other experiences and accepting $ from people when you can’t deliver the product in a timely manner or actually have it ready, isn’t a good business practice. Always prepare earlier for holidays. It’s okay to have an item ‘sold out’. Making some changes will hopefully improve your ratings and customer experiences overall.

Je déconseille. J'ai passé une commande en novembre. Depuis j'ai reçu 1 seul mail me disant ma commande avait éte prise en charge. A ce jour je n'ai rien reçu. J'ai envoyé 2 mails pour savoir ou et quand arriverait ma commande et je n'ai reçu aucune réponse.. j 'espére que je serais bien remboursée quand je vais faire la demande si je ne reçois toujours rien.

I was enticed by the Instagram ads I saw for this company, so I decided to order a hoodie from them. I ordered on the 27th, and it took a little over a month for the hoodie to actually arrive. They said they were slow due to high volumes of orders, but the reality is that this is just a drop shipping operation. My hoodie was shipped from China, which is why it took so long to get here. I asked customer service multiple times why it was taking so long, and each time I got an automated response, followed by the same cookie-cutter excuse. When I finally received the hoodie (with no warning at 8pm), I found it wasn't quite what I was expecting. The quality of the hoodie was fine, but the hood is way too tight and causes my hair to bunch up in the back unless I squish it down. Especially during the upcoming cold weather, I don't want to be fussing with my hoodie. Overall, this was a fine experience, but I'd probably recommend just going to a local store and finding a hoodie you like there; the experience will be ten times better.

Ordered on Dec 6th, bought a tshirt for my grandson for Christmas, nothing came. Tried many many times to contact the company, on Facebook, their own website, email, everything. No reply. No updates, and seems to be stuck on Day 14 of a check. Can't even contact them for a refund! Avoid this company, seems like a scam.
