MAKE SURE TO UNSELECT PIT PASS AT CHECKOUT!! Update: They have since refunded me for these extra charges but still, such a freaking headache!! Original post: I lost $241.76 NZD. I only brought one jersey from them, (which was fine) then I notice these payments leaving my account?!?!?! Apparently there was a small box at checkout that had been automatically selected that said I signed up for a "pit pass"? I have now cancelled it but doesnt change the fact I lost $241.76 NZD in membership fees for NOTHING. Incredibly under handed from them. It should be an 'opt in' NOT 'opt out' option!! I imagine they have it for all the busy people who don't check their bank statements. No integrity.

They are scummers They didnt send my order #R1215787. Today they tried to stole money from my bank accounts. Keep it eye for this! Edit Yes, you were contact about attempt charge my bank account. I've never bought any subscription or something what you were pushing to order. Now it has beeing 5 week from order and still i dont have track number. When i will recive my package i going to write here about this. Edit #2 After 2 months i get my order. Quality is so so. Not bad, not good. For me is still incomprehensible, how and why when i ordred that they didnt informed about "club society" for 50$ /montlhy. Finaly i have product, but on my side it is not worth to waiting.

Great quality tees with really cool designs for racing fans. Really nice company to deal with too, No issues whatsoever, you can log in and check the order status etc. All round cant fault the guys.

They were very helpful and kind, they responded quickly which I appreciate very much. They gave me updates on my order regularly so I was not worried.

I accidentally subscribed to the Pit Pass Rewards membership, which cost $50 USD. As soon as I noticed, I emailed them and they were incredibly quick to respond and help me out, processing my refund without any hassle. It’s honestly hard to find great customer service these days, and their quick response really eased the anxiety I had when I realised I’d subscribed to something I didn’t intend to. Shipping has taken a little longer than expected, but I’m still looking forward to receiving my order. So far, I’m really happy with their customer service and how they handled the situation!
