Hi Sophie, We’re very sorry for the delay with your package and completely understand your frustration. We’ve emailed you directly so we can assist you privately and provide further information regarding your shipment. The delay was caused by additional processing and transit handling within the carrier’s network. Unfortunately, this took longer than expected and resulted in a delay to the original delivery timeline. Our team is continuing to monitor the shipment closely and will do everything we can to assist in getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to assist you further.

This company uses unethical business tactics. Long wait times even when you pay extra for it to arrive faster. Customer service people are very polite and do their jobs well enough (Not mad at them or the representative that replies to this). I think this company is run by some very slimy people who use loopholes are very cleaver in not crossing lines that would get them in trouble, in order to get people to say "OK" to charges that they are not aware of and are not informed when they are charged. I wonder if I will get my money back for being charged for the pit pass which I didn't want and was unaware that I said yes to until I was already charged for 30 something days later. If you are here to buy a single item, it is not worth the effort it takes to get it.

Hey Heidi, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. We’d like to clarify that the option is presented during the ordering process where customers have the choice to opt in or exclude it before completing their purchase. That said, as per your request via email we have now processed the refund for the charge accordingly. We hope this helps clarify the situation, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

The hoodie I ordered fits amazing and looks really nice! I just received it last night and wore it all night and it fits well. It’s not super thick or super thin like I find with most brands I see on instagram. The fabric is great for cool days or laying around the house. I haven’t washed it yet, but the print on the hoodie seems like it would last awhile without cracking too bad. My only gripe is that the shipping took awhile. I was expecting a few days, but it ended up being a few weeks, unsure if that’s the companies fault or shipping logistics.

Ngl I was going to give 3-4 stars for the almost 6+ week wait to receive my order. But when it finally arrived, I was very very pleased with the quality and just how dope the shirts were. I really hope they wash up well and last because these are siiick. My friends and I love them!!

Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time, but customer support was helpful, and the quality of the T-shirts was excellent.
