*** Update*** I was contacted to tell me that my order has been shipped and they did offer me something for my trouble. I don't know if it is because of my review, or because they are trying to make things right, but at least they are trying. I am going to give it a shot and update my review from 1 star, to 3 stars. A month after placing my order, I still have not received an update. Touched base with them several times and just keep apologizing, but not doing anything about shipping. Seems like they are good advertisers and not good at fulfilling orders. Terrible! This was supposed to be a birthday gift, a month later, this is no longer what I wanted.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS. I ordered three hoodies in a buy two get one free sale about two months ago. It took a month for my order to get here whatever slow shipping is normal when buying from online companies but when I went to open my package it felt unusually light and small for it being three hoodies. I open the package and lo and behold one ducking hoodie. It was the one i chose for free aswell so i didnt even get the hoodies i payed for. I emailed the company and they responded and it didn’t go anywhere. I tried both numbers on their website the first one doesn’t do anything just rings and then fails the other one worked and i spoke to someone. They said they would email me when they figured it out. That was three weeks ago and still no email. And now when I try to call neither phone number works. Shitty company that stole from me. Edit: I write this review yesterday and today I received an email back saying they will refund my money finally. It also asked if I could edit or delete my trust pilot review. Well here I’m editing it. I appreciate them for finally making things right but too little too late. Edit 2: It’s been another 3 ish weeks and i still havnt received my money back. Reality racing sent me an email saying I was refunded the shop at said I was refunded but my 121 dollars still hasnt reentered my bank account. This is insane

When your missus tells you ur the material is good, then the material is good. Maybe I will like the helmet in front slightly bigger though. Otherwise perfect

Buyer beware. Tries to lock you into a pit pass and charge you for shirts they haven’t even printed yet. Awful company and I’m on 60 + days from getting my original purchase. Scam drop ship company.

I placed an order in and I hit the wrong color of the tshirt. They were kind enough to void it so I could reorder. They are good to work with and very responsive. Thank you very much and will recommend.

I accidentally bought a membership and almost got an immediate response with the money being refunded into my account the same day. The customer service is great, the store is great and I would really recommend getting some merch if your an f1 fan.

I had a question on my order and someone from the customer service team responded very quickly and resolved my concern immediately. It was a great experience and I will continue to shop this site because of this.
