Ok, a bit of a weird one. I had bought a sweater for my long distance girlfriend of 5 years, and yes she loves the hoodie. However, I started noticing that there was money missing from my account. I contacted their support to try and fix it, got a reply not even 5 minutes into this situation and they told me I can have a full refund as I didn’t know about the PIT pass. Thank you customer support for being so snappy in their replies and completely understanding of my situation.

Order delivery takes months- but most importantly is the scammy behavior of signing you up for a monthly subscription you do not know about that will charge your card if you do not cancel in time. It is very easy to forget or not even catch you are being signed up for this trial and have never experienced something like it before. Do not buy from this dropshipping low quality company.

A couple of days ago I was wondering where my order was. I had had an email from the company saying that there was a delay but this was a couple of weeks ago, I then sent a friendly email to follow up on my order and the company’s communication was amazing within the day I got a response reassuring me that every order is made to order and due to it being shipped to another country it may take a bit longer. Amazing communication and very much appreciated.
