Second time refinancing through Consumer Direct Mortgage. Rates had dropped since our last refi 18 most ago and we had such a good first experience did not even shop for a refi elsewhere. Competitive rate, excellent, quick efficient service.

Excellent customer service from all personnel involved in my mortgage refinance with Consumer Direct. Both the loan originator and loan processor were very prompt with all communication.

Such a simple process. I was kept well informed and the timeframe I was given at the beginning was exactly what occurred The team made me feel like I was their only client Thanks!!!

Just overall good experience. At one point I got very suspicious because it looked like they were charging me extra. But they pointed out that they have to use the payoff amount from the time the underwriting was completed, even if I've made payments after that. So I essentially paid a payment twice, but was then refunded like a month after the refi was completed. So good job on their part handling a difficult customer.

Fred, Loan officer has always been excellent to work with. Have done two refi and one original loans with him. Other support staff, processors, closing, etc were great as well. Closed as scheduled. During documentation though, at times it appeared already uploaded docs or emailed were still being requested. Also multiple staff confused me as to who I should deal with.
