I purchased two homes and refinanced two times with Consumer Direct Mortgage. The process was seamless. Brian Gillespie is responsive, always gives great professional advice. Not pushy, honest, offers great rates and discounts. I trust Brian with all my mortgage needs.

The refinancing process was quick and easy. Erik was very responsive every step of the way, and always seemed available. There were no hidden fees, so I knew exactly what I was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will definitely look at consumer direct next time I need a mortgage loan.
