The team I worked with could not have been better. I would recommend Consumer Direct to anyone.

The whole process was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and got everything done with amazing speed. I appreciate how efficiently they processed my refinance.

Easy process. The loan advisers are responsible.

People actually answered the phone and returned calls. Great job

Every person that I spoke to was absolutely wonderful! Their customer service skills were great and if they didn’t know something they would find out. The honesty is that was impressive!

Easy to work with, communication was excellent

Consumer Direct had excellent rates and were always friendly to work with. I had to ride them pretty hard towards the end to close on time, but ultimately we closed as scheduled and have a great rate.

Charles was our loan officer. He was so great to work with through the whole process. We even had to contact him on a weekend while we were house hunting. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. We also got a great percentage rate.
