Excellent loan officers. Lowest rate on the market Credits have covered all closing cost with extra. Highly recommend

it easy to get a loan

Great service and speedy processing time.

Great Experience.

One of the easiest companies I have worked with.

Considering my application for refinance was complicated due to being on workman's Compensation for a long period, Consumer Direct was understanding in compiling the required information to establish qualifications. All moved along in a timely manner and closing took about 25 minutes once all was agreed and in order.

The refinance process was an excellent experience. The entire staff was efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and professional. We applied on November 9, 2021 and funded by November 30, 2021!! Yes, that quick. I would highly recommend using Consumer Direct to anyone that we know or whomever reads this review.

Our experience was excellent. We felt supported and not pressured. All departments were very responsive as our loan passed through the assembly line. We also felt that it was easy to decide on the loan terms that were best for us - many choices. I was skeptical of getting a mortgage through the internet but have no regrets.
