Reach Mobile is a wonderful cellular company offering low rates with expert, friendly customer service. I recently sold my basic phone to a friend as their 1st smart phone and had to disconnect my service with Reach. My "other" high end phone with lots of bells and whistles is still under contract with one of the top 3 carriers till I pay it off. I plan to switch back to Reach once I do this! Service is impeccable, unlike the big guys.

Reetika customer service *********** stars. Stayed with me for whatever it took to get a VOIP number ported over, which was complicated (for me) but she made it easy as possible! Wish all my experiences with customer service were like this!!! THANKS!!!

In reading these reviews I came across the one from Daniel who sounds like he had the experience from hell. That has been my experience with every other company except for Reach. I had a few issues with my old Carrier releasing me and Cyan went out of her way to make the transition as easy as possible. She even set up a phone conference between my old Carrier, her, and me, and in a matter of minutes I was hooked up and running. Everyone I chatted or spoke with was amazingly friendly and helpful. I've told several of my friends that I haven't had an experience as nice as this in years. Again, a huge shout out to CYAN, and many thanks.

Being able to be on the Verizon network with Reach mobile at an affordable price has made a world of difference for me with my job. I don't miss out on gigs, aka money, now because I have service in all but the most remote reaches of the wilderness haha.

I chatted with Reetika and Bhumika during the set up process. No wait time at all to chat with them and they were both very kind and patient and helpful! Great introduction to Reach service!

Balvinder was great! She spent a lot of time helping me sort out issues from my previous mobile service and got me connected! The customer service was top notch!

Reetika and Previta were very helpful even though my phone wasn't compatible. Never buy a phone from Fingerhut! I learned my lesson.
