I spoke with Rania about Reach Mobile. I currently use Straight Talk, but from the information she gave me, we will be switching. She was very helpful in answering all questions and brought up a few things I hadn't considered.

Customer service is second to none
Customer service is second to none. Being somewhat skeptic of understanding technology and making it work for me they were very helpful with the issues I had transferring my service. Balvinder, Freeda and Rateeka were so kind and helpful. (Even though they were probably laughing at my inability to make things work! Just kidding).
